With eyes shining, Newkinga Nowdluk-Moss of the Royal Canadian Air Cadets lays one of dozens of wreaths around a ceremonial cross for Remembrance Day ceremonies at the overflowing Iqaluit Cadet Hall. Nowdluk-Moss’s wreath was on behalf of victims of terrorism, but her family later emerged to lay another wreath on behalf of Michael Stuart Moss, Surgeon Lieutenant Commander, Royal Naval Reserve.
