Justice of the Peace Josie Tucktoo-Lacasse gives Joe Allen Evyagotailak, the newly-elected vice-president of the Kitikmeot Inuit Association, his oath of office. The swearing-in ceremony was the first order of business Oct. 4 , the first day of the organization’s three-day annual general meeting in Cambridge Bay.
