With the help of four commercial tugs, the cruise ship Clipper Adventurer was freed from its grounding Sept. 14 in Nunavut's Coronation Gulf. The ship, which ran aground August 27, was towed late Sept.14 to Port Epworth, a small protected bay approximately 25 nautical miles south of where the ship went aground. The Canadian Coast Guard  icebreaker Sir Wilfrid Laurier is seen here monitoring the first attempt to refloat the vessel on Sept. 11. (PHOTO CCG)
