Photo: the snowless Arctic
While some communities in Nunavut have had snow since September, Kuujjuaq is still snow-free, with temperatures ranging three to five degrees above normal. On Nov. 6, the weather was sunny and the high reached .4 C, more than three degrees above the normal high for the town, and the low was -5.2 C, about five degrees higher than the normal low of -10 C.
