Tumivut was among several Inuit performers featured June 10 during a special “Qaggiq” evening at Ottawa’s Westfest. The entertainment included David Serkoak, Nathan Kettler, M.O. Eskimocentricity, Taqralik Partridge, Kaiva, Tanya Tagak and Lucie Idlout, with DJ Mad Eskimo’s selections between the acts. “Richmond Road was bustling Friday evening as Westfest kicked off with sidewalk sales, Inuit music and plenty of patios for people-watching,” the Ottawa Citizen reported. “Hundreds of people bobbed their heads along with M.O.
