Inuk Charlie of Taloyoak, Paul Malliki of Repulse Bay, and Looty Pijamini of Grise Fiord, the three carvers chosen by Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. to create a monument commissioned to celebrate the Nunavut land claims agreement. “I offer personal thanks to all the carvers who submitted applications.
