A planned power outage in Sanikiluaq is set to last from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Qulliq Energy Corp. announced Friday.
The community-wide outage is needed to safely connect the local housing authority warehouse to the grid, a QEC spokesperson said in a statement.
