Baker Lake will experience planned power outages this weekend, Qulliq Energy Corp. announced Thursday.
The outages will take place Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to noon, local time. They are required to allow relocation of a pole to accommodate new construction, a QEC spokesperson said.
The affected areas in Baker Lake are highlighted in yellow on the map below.
