Prize-winning tea and bannock

Jobie Airo (left) makes a fire to boil tea while his partner Annie Kudluk makes bannock. The couple won first prize in Kuujjuaq’s fire, tea and bannock making contest in celebration of National Indigenous Peoples Day in the community Monday. Their efforts earned them $300.
