Quebec police are investigating the March 20 death of a Nunavik man.
The Kativik Regional Police Force responded to a call about a stabbing on Wednesday evening in Salluit, on Nunavik’s Hudson coast.
A man in his 60s died in the incident.
The KRPF arrested a suspect, who was interviewed and later released. Police did not say if they are treating the case as a homicide.
The investigation into the man’s death has since been turned over the Sûreté du Québec, which has sent investigators to the community.
