RCMP barricade road in Iqaluit, behind Dead Dog Lake

Early on Friday morning, the RCMP in Iqaluit blocked off a section of Imiqtarviminiq Road, which is also called the Lake Subdivision, or the 4100 area behind Dead Dog Lake.
