A man in Winnipeg has been arrested in connection to a Nunavut RCMP investigation into historical sexual assault allegations.
Nastania Mullin, 39, was arrested Wednesday at a residence in Winnipeg after Nunavut RCMP issued a Canada-wide warrant, RCMP announced Friday in a news release.
Nunavut RCMP’s special investigation team launched an investigation into Mullin in October 2025, after multiple adult complainants reported alleged incidents in Iqaluit.
Mullin faces charges under the Criminal Code, including multiple counts of sexual assault, the release said.
He is in custody in Winnipeg and arrangements are being made to return him to Nunavut, where a court appearance will be scheduled once he arrives in the territory.

Please post his photo, this will help keep our community safe. People need to know who to protect themselves from. This is 20 years of suffering, there is harm in not sharing information that could help somebody protect themself , let’s end the cycle.
If you Google search his name, there is all sorts of pictures of him
If it turns out that thousands of dollars are spent to escort him to Iqaluit in person only to be released back to Winnipeg with agreement of the crown, I would be very disappointed at the terrible waste of money. All of that could have been done remotely without those costs. Taxpayers money should be respected.
We’ll see what happens.
if they only had contacted you on what to do, they would have saved a lot money!
