RCMP investigate shed fire in Arviat
Police say witnesses saw 3 people leaving area around time incident was reported

RCMP in Arviat are asking the public to share any information they have about a fire that destroyed a shed in the community earlier this week.
Police were called to 1st Avenue at around 1 a.m. Tuesday morning and found the shed engulfed in flames, according to a news release issued Friday.
Arviat firefighters put out the fire and nobody was hurt.
The shed contained three snowmobiles and a truck.
“Witnesses saw three individuals leaving the area when the fire was reported,” the release states.
