RCMP seek Iqaluit snowmobile vandal

Police looking for a woman they say damaged a snowmobile last month

Iqaluit RCMP are looking for a woman who they say vandalized a snowmobile in the core area last month.

At about 11:30 p.m. on Jan. 28, a woman got out of an SUV and caused “extensive damage” to a snowmobile at Building 1093 by hitting it, according to a news release Monday from police spokeswoman Sgt. Pauline Melanson.

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the woman.

    CARS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO HAVE PLATES ON FRONT OF VEHCILE FOR EASY IDENTITFICATION WHEN THE REAR ISNT VISABLE
