Relatives of Bill Edmunds in Nunavut?

I am searching for relatives I may have in Nunavut. While I have lived in Labrador all my life, my father was born in Lake Harbour, Baffin Island. He is the late Bill Edmunds.

My dad was very much involved in the Inuit political world in the 1970s and early 1980s. The Inuit Circumpolar Conference honours him with an award called the “Bill Edmunds Award,” which is presented every three years by ICC to an Inuk who has made an outstanding contribution in their work on behalf of Inuit.

My Dad’s mother was named Rhoda Palliser. She was raised by the Pallisers and took on their family name, although her real name was Rhoda Napatchee. I would like to know more about my Grandmother’s family.
