Remembering Wilfred Cormier

Wilfred Cormier, born in Newfoundland, has died.

Wilfred was a long-time resident of the North and Iqaluit, and leaves his wife Oolootie and six grown children.

He died at age 81, in Lion’s Head, Ontario, Jan. 4, 2003, after a long and valiant battle with cancer.
