Sexual assailant gets federal time

Kudlu Kellypalik, 19, of Cape Dorset was sentenced to three and a half years in jail after pleading guilty to one count of sexual assault, one count of theft and three counts of break and enter.

Kellypalik is prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition for 10 years upon his release.
