Shelter from the storm

Tower Arctic marine equipment sits at Iqaluit’s municipal breakwater on Monday night in preparation for a storm that is expected to blow in tomorrow. The storm, which should pass through Kinngait and Kimmirut tonight, is predicted to bring heavy rain, heavy snow and very strong winds. According to Environment and Climate Change Canada, stormy conditions will last in some form until the weekend. Once those conditions have subsided, Tower Arctic will remove the heavy equipment.
