Skills Canada Nunavut team celebrates in Vancouver
Members of Skills Canada’s Nunavut team celebrate at the national Skills Canada competition last month in Vancouver. The competition brought together more than 300 post-secondary students from across Canada to participate in skilled trade and technology competitions. On the Skills Canada Nunavut team, Willow Watson won the silver medal and a best-in-region award for 2-D animation, Mac Pavia won a silver medal in photography, and David Aglukark won a bronze medal in web technology.
