Since there is no mention of the improvement of street and road conditions in Iqaluit before naming them, here are few street name suggestions:

Washboard Road, Scattered Rocks Avenue, Too Narrow Drive, Dusty Street, Mud and Pothole Corner and Cement Patched Cresent.
