Sylvia Lyall murder trial set for fall

Patrick Anablak of Iqaluit will stand trial by jury for the first-degree murder of Sylvia Lyall in an Iqaluit court, Sept. 4, 2007.

Lyall was found dead in her apartment above the post office in Iqaluit, June 2004. She worked as executive secretary to Nunavut’s finance minister at the time of her death.
