Water pressure may nosedive

If you’ve noticed a drop in water pressure or sediment in your water, it may be because the Iqaluit Fire Department is testing water flow to hydrants around town during the month of August.

The fire department tests hydrants annually to find out how much water pressure is flowing, and how much water remains in the system for firefighting purposes.
