Water treatment plant clean-up

Council will hire a consulting company to remove asbestos material and mold in the crawl space beneath the water treatment plant.

A hazardous-material survey and air-quality study performed by Trow Consulting last year found asbestos at the site.

The cost of the clean-up will be in the neighbourhood of $14,000.
