Photo: Who’s dumping illegal trash at Upper Base?

July 8: Someone illegally dumped this big pile of old paint containers at Iqaluit’s Upper Base area, in one of at least two illegal dumping incidents that have defaced the community recently. On July 8, employees at Qikiqtaaluk Properties Inc. volunteered to clean up the site, but Iqaluit’s bylaw department wants to make the public aware of the problem.
