Why pick on Nunavut?
I have an unavoidable question for politicians, bankers, business people and economic policy makers and bureaucrats.
Why is Nunavut looked upon as a place of unemployment and social problems, when there are diamonds, gold, precious stones and oil and gas below and on the surface of Nunavut’s soil?
If all that wealth is there, why aren’t we doing something about it?
Or are we just picking on Nunavut to make it look like a bad place, to make the rest of Canada look good?
