Youth group promotes kayak trip in Kuujjuaq with free hot dogs

Organizers with Kuujjuaq-based non-profit Nurrait — Jeunes Karibus give away free hot dogs to youth on Thursday to help promote a planned six-day kayak trip down the Koksoak River and back to Kuujjuaq. The organization offers outdoor leadership programming for young people in Nunavik. On this trip, the participants will be accompanied by 10 adults, three of whom are Inuit guides.
