To the Editor,

Hi. My name is Tommy Adams, an inmate at the Saint-Jerôme, Que., detention centre.

My fellow inmates and I want to express (through your newspaper) our gratitude to the elders who visit inmates at the detention centre and also to Makivvik, who allows this to happen.

We would be honoured if Nunatsiaq News publishes this positive message item.

Nakurmiik

Tommy Adams,
Saint-Jerôme Detention Centre
