The Anglican Diocese of the Arctic, which serves people living in 51 communities stretching from Nunavik to Yukon, now faces a big financial crisis, following the collapse this past May of Dowland Contracting Ltd. That's because the receiver in charge of Dowland's assets is demanding the Anglican diocese pay $3 million, plus interest of $30,000 a month. That's their estimate of what the diocese still owes Dowland for construction of the new St. Jude's Cathedral. Here, Rev.
