A team from the University of Victoria works late on the dock in Cambridge Bay Sept. 16 to prepare their Neptune underwater marine observatory to be moved for a thorough cleaning and repair. The device, which measures such things as underwater temperature, sounds, salinity and ice thickness, is also equipped with a camera and microphone to record what's happening on the sea floor.
