In the most recent edition of your newspaper, Oct. 8, 2010, on page 15, there is a picture of a house under construction in Cambridge Bay.

The picture accompanied a story concerning the cost overruns at the Nunavut Housing Trust.

I noted with dismay that the picture clearly shows the Tyvek paper on the left side of the house to have been installed upside down.

But the strapping had already been put in place!

This means that the strapping must now be removed so that the Tyvek paper can be installed properly.

No doubt this is just one more bureaucratic foul-up in this long and sorry tale.
