Cambridge Bay has one of the higher vaccination rates in Nunavut yet we are still struggling with ongoing cases over the last month.

it has gone down to 20 something but back up to 40. I know people are tired of the lockdowns, of the lack of visiting, of the masks masks masks. but it has to be done. the school attendance is down, I know a couple of elementary classes have had 3 or 4 in each class. high schools are down as well.

but at the end of the day, if you don’t listen, don’t stop going to card games, parties and visiting anywhere what can we do. you still see people hugging at the stores, still see people not distancing, sharing cigarettes and what not. I don’t know what else you can do or say.

wash your hands, wear your mask, quit kissing your mechanic and stay safe.

Just to trow this at our fabulous government. Why are your sessions, including Covid updates are not translated into French. As per language act you are mandated to do this. Why do you, as the example setting instance have special rights?

No cares about a language that less than 19% of the Canadian population can speak.

It’s not discrimination, it’s just not important.
