Crown halts prosecution one month after arrest
Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. president Jeremy Tunraluk’s assault charge has been stayed. “The Crown directs a stay of proceedings,” said Crown prosecutor Stephanie Boydell in an Iqaluit courtroom Thursday morning.
