Karen Alivaktuk broadcasts a public service announcement Tuesday as a host on Pangnirtung’s community radio station. Formerly a weekend host, Alivaktuk recently switched to hosting her show on weekdays. She reads announcements and invites community members to come on-air to read their own well-wishes. Hunters play checkers
