Flat tire forces plane to land on ice instead of at airport

A Twin Otter plane from Kenn Borek Air sits on the ice near Iqaluit on Wednesday. The airline was planning to change the tire and fly the remaining distance to the Iqaluit airport. (Photo by David Lochead)
